Andrew Eubanks criticises Sam Sulek’s diet

In a short clip posted by @Sam Sulek Clips on YouTube, Andrew Eubanks is featured with him being in a car and reciting his calorie intake for the day. The influencer listed his intake, “44 protein, 109 carbs, and 38 gr of fat.” Then he proceeds to shade Sam Sulek’s outed diet, and keeping that in mind, Eubanks stated, “It’s not as bad as Sam Sulek’s diet. But it’s pretty bad.”

23-year-old Andrew Eubanks then tried to cool down the tension. and commented that he liked Sam Sulek, but not his diet. He remarked, “I love Sam, by the way. He’s a great guy. But this is still a pretty bad diet”.

Sam Sulek’s insane diet plan

Sulek confessed to having the capacity to have 100g of protein in a single sitting every time. The 21-year-old bodybuilder also revealed that he had been consuming 250gs of protein every single day. He also took a dig at the IFBB pro coach, Greg Doucette, in the process. He said sarcastically, “I see a lot of people saying like oh, you can only absorb 40g of protein in two hours. The rest you are just going to pee out.”
