The boxing world is ready to witness an electrifying fight as Logan Paul squares off against Dillon Danis on October 14. The fight follows a series of blockbuster performances from the Paul brothers. Jake Paul took on formidable opponents like Tyron Woodley, Nate Diaz, and Tommy Fury, to name a few. Meanwhile, Logan went toe-to-toe with the legendary Floyd Mayweather and online star KSI. So, it’s safe to say that the Paul brothers are good at arranging money-making bouts, something Chael Sonnen brought up recently.
Sonnen is a well-known name in MMA, having fought in 47 fights in his UFC career. Currently, Sonnen is an MMA analyst and often talks about combat sports on his YouTube channel. During one of his videos, Sonnen discussed the upcoming fight between Logan Paul and Dillon Danis. The topic eventually led to him applauding the Paul brothers, followed by his candid critique of why he finds the sport of boxing utterly dull.

Chael Sonnen shares the worst part of the boxing match
Passing the halfway mark of the video, Sonnen begins by commending the Paul brothers for arranging engaging fights. “They do a great job of making the rounds less and shortening the time,” said Sonnen. He suggested that it’s the tension between the two fighters that fuels interest. “It’s just the drama between the two, which is the only reason you want to see two people fight in the first place,” Sonnen claimed in the video.
However, Sonnen followed it with a rant on why boxing is an inferior sport. “I mean, boxing is painfully boring. Not only you put the pillows on their hands, you can only jab, cross, hook, uppercut,” Sonnen said. He also claimed that there are no other moves apart from the above, and boxers can only target the chest, head, and body. According to Sonnen, “It’s not an overly complicated thing.” Sonnen asserts that those are just the worst parts of boxing.
Sonnen claims the lawsuit against Dillon is a “scumbag move”
Dillon has been relentless in his pursuit of promoting his upcoming fight against Logan Paul. He tweeted countless pictures of Nina Agdal, commenting on her past sexual life. Unsurprisingly, it created a storm of anticipation around the fight. However, his actions also landed him in a lawsuit with Nina. She claimed the tweets had caused her emotional strain and destroyed her reputation.

In a recent interview with The Schmo, Sonnen labeled the move from Nina a “scumbag move.” He claimed Dillon might not show up for the upcoming fight with Paul. Sonnen further added that the lawsuit should be dropped. He was even confused about the lawsuit because he had never heard of Agdal before the drama.
