Manny Pacquiao wrote, “Congrats to [Dustin Poirier] on winning the trilogy. Tough Injury for [Conor McGregor] but he will be back.”

That said, Manny Pacquiao may not have favored either Poirier or McGregor. While Pacquiao and McGregor were reportedly under the same management, ‘Pac-Man and ‘The Diamond’ have also worked together.

Dustin Poirier’s Good Fight Foundation and Manny Pacquiao’s foundation have joined hands to work for several social welfare activities. Hence, Pacquiao may feel happy that his partner secured such a huge win. ‘The Diamond’ is the first and only man to knock out Conor McGregor in MMA. Besides, Poirier is also the only man to vanquish McGregor back-to-back.
