Jake Paul’s remarks on mainstream media
On Twitter, Paul posted a cryptic message that some fans have associated with Morant’s recent gun controversy. Young NBA star Ja Morant has been brought under much attention following his recent antic in one of his Instagram lives, where Morant flashed a gun to the audience. It seemed like Morant was at a party when this took place.
The video of Morant has gone viral on the internet and has the whole world talking about it. Meanwhile, ‘The Problem Child’ took jabs at the mainstream media and claimed that every action of an athlete is under severe scrutiny and is “crucified” by media houses. Recently, an undisputed world champion also shared her thoughts on the Morant controversy.

Paul went on to take a dig at mainstream media, stating that the wrongdoings of billionaire owners of leagues and teams are overlooked. Paul’s message was subtle and did not mention any names. As discreet as Paul would’ve thought his notion was, fans thought otherwise.
