44-year-old Vitor Belfort doesn’t intend to hang his boxing gloves, especially after vanquishing a legend in Evander Holyfield via first-round knockout on September 11. ‘The Phenom’ now wants to have a younger opponent on board and has already called out Jake Paul. Although ‘The Problem Child’ hasn’t responded to the offer, Belfort seems adamant about bagging the fight.

In his post-fight interview against Holyfield, the former UFC champion and Triller administrators threw in a $30 million ‘winner takes it all’ offer before Jake Paul. Meanwhile, Belfort has emphasized more on that in a recent interaction with TMZ Sports.

Vitor Belfort said, “I’d like to teach that boy a lesson. Your parents give you behaviors and all that, so he’s gonna meet his big daddy.”

“And, if he likes money, we got big money. There’s no excuse to run away from this fight. So, he has to take it, and if you don’t take it, he’s gonna show he’s a coward and he’s looking for easy fights. I’m gonna knock [Jake Paul] out. There’s no doubt about it.”

A win against a 58-year-old Holyfield isn’t a very exceptional achievement. Instead, people are demeaning the matchmakers for allowing ‘The Real Deal’ to compete at this age. Thus, Belfort cannot just rely on that win to continue his boxing journey. But a showdown against Paul can intrigue him to stick around.

Jake Paul vs Vitor Belfort- Can it happen?

24-year-old Paul has been garnering call-outs from several directions. Boxers, martial artists, and even several social media stars have expressed a desire in matching themselves against ‘The Problem Child’. Thus, Belfort isn’t the only option ahead of Jake Paul. A potential scrap against Tommy Fury also looks favorable for Paul’s fighting future.

But that doesn’t take away Belfort’s chances of bagging the bout. As Triller kingpins and fans have also passed a green signal, ‘The Phenom’ vs ‘The Problem Child’ can happen. However, as of now, the idea is still far from meeting an official confirmation.
