The heavyweight that we are talking about is Eric ‘Butterbean’ Esch. He has called out ‘Iron Mike’ and Jake Paul for a fight. While talking to ‘TheSun’, Esch said, “I’m not a typical boxer. I go out there to fight. I want to knock somebody out. Jake Paul or Mike Tyson. Jake Paul runs his mouth too much. He’s never fought nobody, I would love to fight him. But I think people would like to see me and Tyson go at it, which would be a hell of a draw. Me and Tyson are actually friends but I don’t mind fighting friends.”

Butterbean says he would have knocked out Mike Tyson
‘The Baddest Man on the Planet’ took retirement from boxing in 2005. Apparently, 15 years later, the champion returned to the ring for a bout with Roy Jones Jr. A big entity like Tyson returning to the sport was a big deal, and a lot of veteran boxers were considered for it. Even Butterbean’s name had come up, but it didn’t materialize. But Butterbean once stated that he could have defeated the pound-for-pound king.

Esch appeared in an interview where he was asked what would happen if a fight between him and Tyson happened. He replied, “I think it would have been a quick knockout. I mean, because he would have to come to fight, I would have to come to fight. And I have never been knocked out, he [Mike Tyson] has.”
