It’s Jacob & Co.’s diamond Tourbillion watch, which was introduced in 2015. It boasts 260 carats of emerald-cut diamonds. The entire case is made of 18-karat white gold, and the bracelet also has diamonds and stones of three carats.

The watch has several more unique features. It contains a rectangular case and a dial. The Tourbillion also makes up for the errors in timekeeping and is much more than just a piece of jewelry.
