Anthony Joshua will return to action on April 1 in a bout against the American Jermaine Franklin. This will be his first step toward his way back to the top of the sport. In an interview, the 33-year-old discussed a fantasy matchup between him and ‘Black Adam’ superstar Dwayne Johnson. And it seems like Johnson should be aware of his potential British nemesis.

Recently, in an interview with DAZN, Joshua opened up about who he thinks would win if he was to fight the Hollywood star, and it seems like Joshua is confident of his caliber.

Joshua “believes” in himself…

In the interview, Anthony Joshua was asked who he thinks would win if he were to fight ‘The Rock’ in a wrestling match and a boxing match. And even though the Hollywood star has experience in professional wrestling and is a well-trained wrestler, that didn’t seem to bother the former unified Heavyweight champion.

Joshua responded to this question and said, “100% Me.” When one of the child interviewers asked Joshua, “In both of them?” the British boxer replied with a statement that is a powerful life lesson for everyone. He said, “Listen, You gotta believe in yourself.” The former champ enjoyed his time with his interviewer. And, when the interview was concluding, he seemed sad about it.

After suffering a defeat at the hands of Keanu Reeves’ John Wick 4 at the box office, as per Fandomwire, it seems like Joshua is cheerful about handing ‘The Rock’ his next two. Even though Joshua believes he can defeat Johnson, the two are good friends and share a respectable bond. Notably, they hilariously mocked Kevin Hart when they last interacted.
