Moreover, when it comes to music, everyone has their specific like and dislikes about it. And it is safe to say that the preferences are subjective, and there’s nothing one can do about the same. In a recent episode of his podcast, American rapper Tony Yayo joined Mike Tyson. The duo discussed their preferences when it comes to music. And the artist they really like and have an affinity towards over the other artists.

While on the podcast, Tyson shared his mostly old-school interests with the rapper. While on the other hand, Yayo gave some suggestions for the 56-year-old to try.And to see whether he likes it or not. And one notable suggestion was Floyd Mayweather Jr‘s grandson’s father.

In the latest episode of Hotboxin with Mike Tyson, Tony Yayo and ‘Iron Mike’ discussed their love for music. And shared their all-time greats of the music industry. And shared the top artists they like to listen to. While Tyson showed his love for old artists. Yayo told Tyson about certain new artists.

Tyson showed his love for jazz and old music. He said, “I like all those guys Cab Calloway, Billie Holiday.” He further added, “Christopher Williams and Ella Fitzgerald are animals of the music game,” It seems like Tyson has grown accustomed to a very specific genre of music and likes it dearly. On the other hand, Yayo also displays his love for old artists. He named some good new artists. While on the podcast, Tyson talked about many things with the rapper, including his mistakes.

Yayo said, ” I like to listen to old school. I like the new stuff too tho. You Know the dirks NBA YoungBoy.” We should note that NBA YoungBoy is Floyd Mayweather Jr’s daughter’s partner. And they have a son together. To this, the 56-year-old responded and said that he likes very few new artists. And named Lil Wayne as one of his favorites. However, Yayo recommended Tyson to “check out” these artists to diversify his musical horizons.
