“Canelo’s been through to be where he is right now. Jake Paul is a man in his top in YouTubing and I respect him for that. I would never call out Jake Paul in YouTube. I have like 30,000 (subscribers) and he has what 30 million. So I’m respectful of that part, but he should be more respectful of boxing.”
“Don’t call out Canelo bro. What the f**k!”
After his win over Avni Yildirim, Canelo was in a post-fight interview, wherein he asked a couple of Jake Paul fans to leave the stage. This left the YouTuber turned boxer red hot, and he didn’t wait long to mock the Mexican boxer.
However, Alen Babic feels Canelo is the undeniable face of modern boxing and has earned his respect on the back of a stellar career that is still going strong.
