YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul recently appeared on Ariel Helwani’s ‘The MMA Hour’ show. The 24-year-old revealed that his Most Valuable Promotions is now working with WBC, WBO, and IBO featherweight champion Amanda Serrano. Paul announced that MVP is partnering up with Eddie Hearn and Lou DiBella. This joint effort will be directed towards booking a super fight between Serrano and Katie Taylor.

This matchup has been in the works for quite some time now. With Amanda Serrano‘s title defense over Yamileth Mercado and Katie Taylor’s win over Jennifer Han, this mega-fight looks like the next logical step.

Amanda Serrano, Katie Taylor, and Eddie Hearn have all expressed they’re making this matchup a reality. Now with ‘The Problem Child’ onboard, it seems like fans could get to see the two champions clash soon.

“We’re excited to announce that we’re going to be working with Amanda Serrano, who is one of the greatest female pound-for-pound fighters of all time.

“We’re actively in talks with Eddie Hearn to try and figure out Amanda Serrano vs Katie Taylor, to make the biggest women’s boxing fight of all time,” said Jake Paul.

Katie Taylor, in the past, has criticized the boxing community for not putting up big fights for the fans. She is now setting an example for the sport by agreeing to fight Amanda Serrano.

After her recent win over Jennifer Han, the Irish undisputed lightweight champion revealed that she only wants big fights for the remainder of her career.

A super fight with the unified featherweight champion could possibly go down as the biggest matchup in women’s boxing.

Katie Taylor also highlighted that she plans on hanging up her gloves as an undefeated and undisputed champion at multiple weight classes.

“I am willing to fight anyone at any weight, I want the big flights.
