The rift between Amir Khan and Kell Brook is increasing day by day. Over the past few months, the pair have gone all guns blazing against each other, thus indulging in some extensive verbal wars. With that, the British boxing duo even challenged each other for a fight, but until now, they haven’t even come close to inking their deal.
Also, Khan, who seems supremely eager to make his return to the game, sees Kell Brook as one perfect contender who’d give him a hang of the ring once he’s back.

That said, he hasn’t contained himself from issuing fiery verbal blows to his compatriot. In a recent conversation with FightHype, Khan said, “I wanna fight end of the year. I’ve started a bit of training. Kell Brook needs to step up and make it happen. I’m ready now, so I don’t know why he’s all quiet. I fought Canelo, Crawford. Do you think I’m scared of Brook? ‘King Khan’ last fought under the big lights in July 2019. He contended with Billy Dib for the vacant WBC international welterweight title. Even after winning this bout with a scathing T/KO, Khan didn’t think about defending his title or elevating his stint by fighting for a world title shot.

But since he’s developed an interest in coming back, it seems there won’t be any stopping for him. The British boxer is keenly awaiting confirmation from Brook so that he makes things official.
Amir Khan collaborates with Terence Crawford for a training session
The Lancashire native is genuinely interested in unleashing his old self. Hence, he joined hands with his former rival and the current WBO welterweight king, Terence Crawford, for a training session.

Recently, Michael Benson shared a string of images on his Twitter handle, wherein Khan and Crawford are seen training together.
