Sparring can bring a lot of embarrassment, especially if a video of you getting knocked out is caught on tape and spread throughout the internet. Something like this happened with Ronald ‘Rolley’ Romero who was floored while sparring J’Hon Ingram. However, the way he was knocked out caught fans’ attention. After the video went viral, people could not keep calm and started criticizing Romero.
The two boxers were sparring and Romero was knocked out after a huge hook landed on him. Davin Haney again shared the video on Twitter. However, the video got more attention because Rolly Romeo was knocked out by Gervonta Davis last year in a similar fashion.

Rolly Romero was knocked by J’Hon Ingram in a sparring match
So, this is what happened between Gervonta Davis and Rolley Romeo. Last year in May 2022, Romeo and Tank Davis, appeared for a showdown. However, the fight did not last long as within 6 rounds Davis knocked out Romeo with a clean hook.
The same thing happened again, when in the gym, during a sparring session, he was knocked out in the ring by J’Hon Ingram with a left hook.
Devin Haney shared the post with a caption, “Sent his ass to the Gulag”
However, after the huge knockout, in an exclusive interview with FightHype.com, Ingram had some harsh words to say about Davis’ boxing skills.
“So, I like Tank, He is cool dude, but he can’t box, he don’t try to show it but in my opinion he’s like Mike Tyson,” Ingram said.
He further added, “I know, I’m gonna get lot of backlash.”
However, fans were baffled by this video and they trolled Romero.

Meanwhile, Rolly Romero has been out of the ring after his loss against Gervonta Tank Davis, but as the sparring video showed, he might be getting warmed up to fight in the squared circle. Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis is also gearing up for the Ryan Garcia Fight, which is scheduled to happen on April 10.
