Recent times have seen the Heavyweight division plagued by a myriad of uncertainties. And at the top of this is the cancellation of the division’s long-drawn undisputed showdown between the unified champion Oleksandr Usyk, and WBC champ Tyson Fury. Meanwhile, former champion Anthony Joshua is currently preparing for a bout with Jermaine Franklin. And, it looks like he has a few major matchups in mind before he bids adieu to the sport. But, fans believe that the possibility of dating Jennifer Lopez is higher than the fights happening.

In a recent presser, Joshua was asked if he was still interested in a fight against Deontay Wilder. Joshua responded by saying, “Yes, it is a fight that interests me. It is a fight that has interested me for a long time. But, has never materialized. Just like the Fury fight. I’m gonna focus on this Jermaine Franklin guy. You know what I’m saying.”

Moreover, he opened up about his future aspirations with the sport. He said, “If you were to ask me what my ambitions are, to fight for the heavyweight championship of the world. Motivation is to make money. And, the last ambition is to fight Deontay Wilder, Tyson Fury, and Joe Joyce.” There is no denying that these fights are sure to boost Joshua’s already impressive resume.

Fans were not too sure if Anthony Joshua would get those fights

Boxing fans, on the other hand, were unsure if it would be possible for Joshua to get the matchups. In fact, a lot of them took to social media to share their thoughts about the same.

User @BoxingCoachDan mentioned that it would be easier for him to date J Lo.

Meanwhile, a few users shed light on Joshua’s upcoming fight. And, user @bombsboxing felt that Joshua would only be able to fight Wilder.

Similarly, user @whufcdamo also nodded in agreement and mentioned that Joshua should pursue a Wilder fight.
