Social media personality turned boxer Logan Paul has boasted of several eccentric guests in his podcast. One such guest was singer Liam Payne, who was trolled for his time on Paul’s podcast. His comments on the show certainly garnered a lot of attention.

Payne was at Paul‘s ‘Impaulsive‘ podcast. Moreover, Mike Majlak and George Janko were also present as co-hosts.

The group was talking about his life after his split from One Direction.

In conversation, Payne spoke about the success of his song ‘Strip that down’. He said, “Ed Sheeran wrote me this song and I thought sh*t. Here we blo*dy well go again. Here we go boys, pull your shorts up, off we pop.”

Moreover, he also mentioned that he outsold his former bandmates. Payne said, “We did the first song, billion streams. I think it outsold everybody within the band and I was the last to go.”

However, he clarified he did not expect the song to blow up.

Liam Payne’s statement at Logan Paul’s podcast did not sit well with fans. Many of the fans took to social media to let their thoughts out.

User @tpwk_pinkx mentioned that Harry Styles is playing sold-out nights at the Wembley Stadium. Meanwhile, the user also emphasized the fact that Payne was spending time with Paul.

User @dwdharry also emphasized on the fact that Payne was in a podcast with Paul while Styles is performing in packed stadiums.

Similarly, user @lisaliveson called Payne a ‘flop’ while also adding that he went from being a part of the biggest music group to sitting at Paul’s podcast.

In the same vein, user @KissyDelaney also felt that Payne’s career took a downward spiral. She mentioned he went from playing in packed stadiums worldwide to being in a podcast with Paul.

User @lmaojett felt that Payne was still the most annoying person in the studio, even while seated next to Logan Paul.

User @wandasleia hilariously pointed out that Payne even managed to make Paul cringe. The passionate fans certainly will voice their opinion in support of their favorite band. While Logan Paul is already an infamous name in the world, Payne surely seems to follow suit by making these comments.
