Frank Warren is annoyed at Eddie Hearn
In an interview with talkSPORT, Warren showed dismay over Hearn’s remarks regarding the Fury and Joshua fight. Though Hearn had positive comments about the fight happening, Warren did not seem to be happy with this gesture of the 43-year-old British promoter.
Frank Warren claimed that it was a 30-second conversation and showed his disapproval of the claims made by Hearn. Warren said, “It was a 30-second conversation. We’ve not even discussed with Tyson. Really annoyed about that. ‘Contracts in the next week’, absolute b****cks.” Frank added that conducting fight negotiations over social media can kill the fight. He said, “This is what starts all that stuff going, I know you’re in the social media business, and we are to a certain extent, but social media’s actually killing some of the fights because of the expectation level.”
