Unified heavyweight champion of the world, Anthony Joshua has a word of advice for his rival Tyson Fury. The English fighter will return to the ring against Kubrat Pulev on December 12.
Ahead of his return to the ring, the champion has been vocal about the situation with him and his arch-nemesis. Subsequently, he now has a word of advice for the ‘Gypsy King’.

Speaking to The Daily Mail, Joshua took a sly dig at Frank Warren’s management of Tyson Fury; especially after they could not book a fight for the end of the year. He said, “I do think he should come over to Matchroom and 258 Management and let us handle his career. ‘He’s a superstar, he’s a superstar in the making with the right management. He could go all the way.

‘AJ’ shed light on how they would make the potential Fury-Joshua fight-one of the biggest fights ever. He said, “We’ll have a look at his PR, we’ll strip it all back and make this fight what it’s supposed to be. He’s got a lot of potential.”

What would happen if Tyson Fury was to listen to Anthony Joshua and switch?
Although it is unlikely, what would happen if Matchroom Boxing did secure Tyson Fury? For starters, you’d have one of the best businessmen in the sport,
Eddie Hearn, representing one of the biggest names. Hearn is known for notoriously getting the best deal for his client, so Fury would also heavily benefit.ADVERTISEMENT

It would also make the potential Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua fight so much easier. Promoters always struggle when dealing with each other. That is more often than not, the cause for negotiations breaking down and fans getting deprived of dream fights.
So maybe if the same promotions were to manage Fury and Joshua, it would easier. However, Joshua needs to get the victory against Pulev on Saturday night.
