Anthony Joshua is all charged up already to step inside the squared circle again. Last year, the Briton star ended up losing his titles to the underdog Oleksandr Usyk. Since then, he’s in contention to face Usyk in a rematch, and possibly reclaim his titles. For that, Joshua is putting in some notable hard work in the gym, and he’s ready to roar with his success.
Recently, FightHype dropped a training video of the ex-heavyweight king, wherein he can be seen working extensively on his physique. In this video, Joshua benched a substantial amount of weight, worked on his shoulders, and did some heavy squats with more grilling training regimes.

The Usyk rematch demands more than the usual skill sets of Joshua. This is because ‘The Cat’ is one of the smartest technicians of the sport and defeating him isn’t a straightforward job.
In their epic encounter, Usyk school ‘AJ’ with his impeccable movements and defense. That said, Joshua wasn’t able to land his signature right hand once in the entire 12-round encounter. Moreover, the Ukrainian boxer constantly broke into Joshua’s defense to land his jabs and straight lefts.
In all, he was able to stagger Joshua completely. Also, the Briton hardly had any answers to Usyk’s master game plan.

‘AJ’ had his moments in rounds 5 and 6. But that just wasn’t enough for him to get over the line. The Briton is only eager to rematch his foe, and he isn’t willing to step aside by any means.
