Recently, FightHype dropped a training video of the ex-heavyweight king, wherein he can be seen working extensively on his physique. In this video, Joshua benched a substantial amount of weight, worked on his shoulders, and did some heavy squats with more grilling training regimes.

The Usyk rematch demands more than the usual skill sets of Joshua. This is because ‘The Cat’ is one of the smartest technicians of the sport and defeating him isn’t a straightforward job.

In their epic encounter, Usyk school ‘AJ’ with his impeccable movements and defense. That said, Joshua wasn’t able to land his signature right hand once in the entire 12-round encounter. Moreover, the Ukrainian boxer constantly broke into Joshua’s defense to land his jabs and straight lefts.
