As of now, it is a speculation. The date, venue, and opponent would be made clear later. But one thing is sure, Joshua has gathered himself, and after losing the unified heavyweight title, is ready to start the quest for the third time.

Who Anthony Joshua would face in his comeback fight?

AJ is going through the toughest time of his career. This is the first time he has lost in succession. Oleksandr Usyk defeated him with a heavy margin on the scorecard. Despite coming out of a lower weight class, he inflicted serious damage on Joshua, who had all advantages in the world before heading into the battle.

Boxing critics believe that it was the inner conflict going on within Joshua that he could not overcome. Despite preparing hard in the gym, he could not make any difference in the ring.

Joshua must be introspecting all these scenarios in the back of his head before beginning the quest for the title.

As of now, Wilder, the former WBC heavyweight champion, and ‘The Gyspy King’ are the potential opponents for Joshua. But they too are busy with their upcoming fights. So it may happen that Joshua could take on some other opponent in the division.
