Recently ‘The Gypsy King’ AKA Tyson Fury made headlines as he announced he will return to boxing for a mega fight against Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk. On the other hand, the champ recently shared the sad news of his cousin being stabbed and murdered. Here’s what Fury has to say about what we can do to bring knife crime under control.

Tyson Fury was in a conversation with talkSPORT about his forthcoming clash against Usyk. He changed the subject and gave a message for the people and the government of his country. He stated, “I just got a cousin murdered last week with knife crime. The most cowardly little house thing anybody can do. The government, The United Kingdom, we are supposed to be one of the safest countries in the world, we can’t go down the street with a watch or anything, because we are going to get stabbed. The government needs to make this tougher on these little cowards who carry knives and weapons.”

He further added, “What these government need to do about this knife crime, anyone caught with a knife for stabbing someone needs to be castrated.”

As per reports, Fury’s cousin named Rico Burton, 31, was stabbed outside a bar. The British boxer even shared the news of his cousin’s demise on Twitter and also mentioned that we should take strict action against knife crime.

Recently Oleksandr Usyk defeated Anthony Joshua for the second time in their August 20th rematch. Even before the fight, there was a buzz that ‘The Gypsy King’ might return to fight the winner of this clash.
