KSI has fumbled on a mega fight in the influencer boxing scene. The British internet sensation was scheduled to fight in a bizarre two-on-one match against influencers Anthony Taylor and Slim Albaher at the MF & DAZN: X Series 17 event. Unfortunately, a hand injury suffered while playing golf has forced KSI to pull himself out of the event. However, as compensation for the fans who expected him to throw punches at the Misfits event, ‘The Nightmare’ will be performing a special live concert instead.

As a result, KSI is facing a lot of criticism from his detractors for pulling out of his scheduled fight on August 31. As expected, the British YouTuber’s recent mishap was used as fodder by Jake Paul to launch a fresh salvo at his old rival. Furthermore, building on Paul’s case against KSI, American YouTuber Slim Albaher also came down heavily against KSI for opting to “sing” and “dance” at the 3Arena in Dublin instead of fighting him.

A ploy to escape a “sh*t” fight?

KSI is not even on Jake Paul’s radar. That ship has sailed! Earlier, he called KSI a “joke” to the sport of boxing for wanting to take part in a tag team boxing match. Recently, in an interview with Bloody Elbow at a media appearance for PFL’s October 19 Battle of the Giants show, Paul claimed that KSI was “faking” his injury to wriggle his way out of a “sh*t” tag-team fight that might damage his reputation as a boxer as well as a PPV attraction. “There was no noise around that sh*t anyways. I think he would be faking it just because he realized that it’s a sh*t fight and nobody is going to watch it,” Paul remarked.

Furthermore, the interviewer asked if any of the two fighters, Anthony Taylor and Slim Albaher, who were supposed to face KSI on the Misfits card next week, would be able to defeat KSI in a one-on-one match. In response, Paul dismissed his former sparring partner’s chances of inflicting a defeat on KSI. “I don’t know, (Anthony Taylor) he’s kinda just like sloppy,” Paul remarked. However, the former Disney star found Slim a worthy enough opponent for KSI, who could beat the British entertainer on a good day. “I think Slim would beat KSI. In a 2 vs 1, I don’t know. He could just fight Slim,” Paul stated.

Meanwhile, Slim reacted to Jake Paul championing him and fired a shot at KSI.

Boxing gloves exchanged for a microphone—what a cop-out!

In the influencer boxing scene, ‘The Hitman’ is on a roll. He remains undefeated, with five KOs in seven fights. The American YouTuber now has KSI in his crosshairs after he pulled out of fighting him and Anthony Taylor in a 2 vs. 1 boxing match. He even went a step further and suggested that KSI is scared to get into a 1 vs. 1 boxing match with him.

What’s more, Albaher has even mocked KSI for putting on a live concert at a planned Misfits event instead of putting on a pair of boxing gloves and fighting him. “KSI rather sing and dance then fight me 1v1 He knows he can’t fuck with me,” Albaher wrote on X.
