While Logan Paul is busy making big moves in the boxing world, YouTuber Austin McBroom might be interested in making his own separate league. That said, both men have shown differences with their respective takes on the sport.

Logan Paul has faced Floyd Mayweather in his last fight and his recent moves cite that ‘The Maverick’ is keen on taking serious fights. However, McBroom and other social media stars had recently staged a successful boxing event between TikTokers and YouTubers and they seem eager to continue the trend without indulging in pro boxing.

Meanwhile, Logan Paul had already thrown shade at Austin Mcbroom’s idea as he tagged the event to be below-average weeks ago. But McBroom has finally responded to Logan Paul during his interaction with The Hollywood Fix.

McBroom said, “We got some creators like Logan Paul saying ‘We did a 100 thousand. Obviously,  he is gonna throw dirt on it because he sees me as a threat. He is in the same field I am in. So, it makes sense. I am not mad at him. It’s gonna happen and it’s a part of the game.”

He added, “The fighters will be paid before the next event. The social gloves 2 is coming very soon as you all know, KSI is talking that s***.”

Austin McBroom recently scored a sensational win over Bryce Hall in the first season of The Social Glove. So, we can see him return to action again. It will be a big step up for the social media stars’ journey in boxing. But on comparing it with Logan Paul’s career, McBroom might seem way behind his contemporary.

Logan Paul and Austin McBroom are on different journeys

Following a loss to KSI and a draw against Floyd Mayweather, Logan Paul can possibly face UFC veteran Anderson Silva in his next fight. Hence, it’s quite a big move for a social media-turned prizefighter. The bout will clearly fetch way more attention and PPV buys than another event of social media stars fighting each other.

Nevertheless, McBroom doesn’t seem to be competing against Paul. The popular YouTuber already seems happy with the success surrounding his Internet career. So, this added boost-up in the boxing world can only be a cherry on top.
