‘The Ripper’ maintained the distance with Colina and landed his shots from the right place. He scored two valuable knockdowns to end the fight. Hence, it was all about Badou Jack scoring his twenty-fourth professional win in the undercard of Mayweather vs Paul.

Badou Jack impressed the boxing world tonight. With a big win on board, he can rightly aim for the world titles soon. On the other side, Colina suffered his maiden professional defeat. Despite having lost his last fight, the 15-1 boxer still has a lot of relevancy in the light heavyweight division. Hence, ‘El Diamante’ would try to return to the win column.

On bagging one more win, he can re-enter the championship picture. Meanwhile, Badou Jack is already a top-tier name in that race. So we may see them collide once again in the future. As of now, both men will have to take different paths, considering the outcome of their latest clash.
