Askren spoke ‘The Mayweather Channel’ on YouTube and revealed his experience of being on Logan Paul’s show. He said,

“So I was on Logan’s show. And he’s allegedly boxing Floyd. And he said, ‘Do I got one percent chance?’ I said, ‘No, you don’t have a one percent chance.’ And he said, ‘Do I got a puncher’s chance?’ I said, ‘How many times has Floyd been knocked out? No, I don’t think you’ve got a puncher’s chance. I think you got zero chance.’”

‘Funky’ then claimed they compelled him to admit that Paul has at least a one percent chance. “And they just kept yelling at me, yelling at me, until I finally said, ‘okay fine, you have a one percent chance,” said Askren.

Why does Ben Askren feel Logan Paul has a zero chance against Floyd Mayweather?

With his comments, the former Bellator and ONE Championship champion admitted that he only said it to shut them up. However, he still doesn’t think Logan has any chance against the 50-0 boxer. So why does he believe this?

Logan Paul may be the bigger and heavier fighter. However, Floyd Mayweather was arguably one of the best at handling bigger fighters. Moreover, the vast difference in experience makes it an impossible task for ‘The Maverick’.

In addition, the pair are fighting in a boxing match. And boxing has been Mayweather’s everyday life since he was a young boy. If they were entering the octagon, maybe Paul would have had a better chance. However, like the vast majority, Askren doesn’t believe ‘Maverick’ Logan Paul can beat Mayweather.

What do you make of these comments from Ben Askren? Do you think Logan Paul and his team are doing these things to sell the bout?
