Jake Paul and Ben Askren got involved in a minor physical altercation in their recent face-off. After meeting face-to-face, the duo pushed each other and intensified the build-up of their much-awaited fight.

While it seemingly displayed their animosity against each other, Paul’s moves did not intimidate Askren. “So, I was about to step away having to phaseout my step when I saw him coming back at me. So, I was just, you know, gave him, get out of my face type of thing. Like, a big brother would do to Logan’s little brother,” said Askren.

He added, “And he didn’t like that, so he like, he gave me a body shot, a palm body shot, very very weak… Hope that’s not the best he has.”

That’s not the only thing to have vexed the former UFC star. Jake Paul also face-timed Askren’s former rival, Jorge Masvidal, and ‘Funky’ reacted to the same. He said, “That’s very low-hanging fruit. How dorky was that?”
