Andrew Tate, the former kickboxing world champion who gained fame due to his controversial comments on gender-related issues, is behind bars in Romania for over two months now. With the court having extended his custody for a third time now, it is unlikely the Tate brothers will be set free soon. Notably, he is being investigated for charges of human trafficking among others. It is safe to say that ‘Top G’ wouldn’t have imagined such a consequence for his actions while he reigned as the most searched individual on the internet for a while. He had a tremendous influence on social media, especially for his flamboyant lifestyle. Projecting his physical specimen and million dollars cars, the 36-year-old was the center of attraction.

But now the tables have drastically turned on him. The recent attack of the young American singing sensation Billie Eilish‘s brother on Tate is evidence of it. Finneas O’Connell, Eilish’s elder brother who produces music for her, took to Twitter and commented on Tate’s cancer news.

The musician-actor responded on the news claiming Tate is suffering from lung cancer. He tagged First Week’s tweet that made this claim and took a dig at Tate in the latter’s tone.

He wrote, “I feel bad for anyone with cancer but Tate is for sure the dude who would say you’re a loser if you get cancer or some bullshit like that.”

Before going to jail, ‘Cobra’ Tate initiated an infamous feud with the climate activist Greta Thunberg. He mocked her ideas of eradicating pollution and carbon emission by taunting her that he owns more than 33 cars. He did not stop there and later sent her a picture of eating pizzas and claiming that he will not recycle the boxes, thus making a mockery of her climate activism.

Meanwhile, the internet is divided following Tate’s arrest. While some believe Top G is innocent, others simply wish justice prevails for the reported victims. Nevertheless, the former kickboxer still enjoys a dedicated fan base, who worship him for his strong ideologies.
