Billy Joe Saunders, also known as Superb in the boxing world, is a British professional boxer. He is also the first boxer from the traveling community to become a two-weight world champion. The big name is none other than Gennady Golovkin, the Kazakh Thunder. The British boxer mentioned fighting Golovkin a few years ago, but this time he put up an Instagram story asking his followers if they wanted to see him face Golovkin.

Golovkin has made it obvious that he does not believe Saunders is the appropriate opponent for him. On the other side of the ring, he needs a more adept boxer. It was a comment made by the Kazakh boxer a few years ago; perhaps he would consider fighting him now.

He has fought boxers like Matthew Jacklin, Curtis Stevens, Grzegorz Proksa, and the Mexican champion – Canelo Alvarez. The boxer has made his way up with a 42-1-1 record, and it is rare to watch a man punch as hard as Golovkin.

Canelo Alvarez is his biggest competitor among his opponents. The two titans have battled twice inside the ring. The first fight was an enthralling duel that left the crowd gobsmacked. On September 16, 2017, the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas was crowded with fans. It was a thrilling battle that ended in a contentious draw.
