Alvarez has dominated over the past 7 years having held world titles in 3 divisions plus beating Sergey Kovalev after his move up to light heavyweight. Canelo’s technique is unmatched and his experience despite his relatively young age makes him all the more dangerous.
Billy Joe Saunders is relatively new to the sport and despite that, he has truly achieved a lot. Despite Saunders being a world champion he’s someone who doesn’t get the recognition he deserves and is surely going to be the underdog for this fight.

Does Billy Joe Saunders stand a chance?

Joe Saunders is also a great technician in the ring but he hasn’t come across a great counter –puncher like Canelo but despite this, he has a great opportunity to cause an upset. If ‘’Superb’’ Saunders can put Canelo on the backfoot he surely has a chance. We must not forget he is still a great fighter one of the very best. He is currently ranked as the second-best middleweight.

With so much on the line, this surely is a fight we can’t miss. Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez has the experience of 56 fights and knows how to go the distance to get a decision. Similarly, Joe Saunders is undefeated in 30 pro bouts and has the potential to be the unified champion.
