Boxing Legend Floyd Mayweather Has a Message for Fans as He Gets Inducted Into the Hall of Fame

Floyd Mayweather is a big success story in the sport’s history. The champ has garnered almost every accolade that is there in the ring to pave the path to greatness. The five-weight class champion mastered the art of boxing so well that in his prime, ‘The Pretty Boy’ was a blueprint of an ideal boxer.

Years after his retirement, the boxing world is going to immortalize his legacy. The 45-year-old has been announced to be inducted into the Hall of Fame. After this update, the former champ took to the social media platform and penned a message for his fans.

‘The Best Ever’ shared a poster on Instagram which displayed the name of boxing legends from the year 2020 to 2022, who are going to become Hall of Famers.

He wrote in the caption, “I am truly honored to be receiving the highest honor I can receive as a boxer-I will be inducted into the Hall of Fame. I would love for my family, friends, associates, and fans to come join me during this once in a lifetime Hall of Fame induction weekend in Canastota, NY. The events begin June 9th through June 12th.”

“Boxing Hall of Fame events for this weekend are all in CANASTOTA, NY. The best airport to fly into is in SYRACUSE, NEW YORK.”

Along with this, he also shared the ticket, which will open doorways to join the induction ceremony.

What’s next for Floyd Mayweather in boxing?

After producing an amazing showdown at Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, the undefeated legend has announced his other return to the ring by the end of this year.

The UAE crowd impressed the icon so much that after outclassing his former sparring partner Don Moore, ‘Money’ Mayweather said, “Don Moore is still undefeated, we are both still undefeated. I will bring another fight back to the UAE this year. It’s a secret. I don’t want to let the cat out the bag right now.”
