Smith has been a regular presence at the ringside of Mayweather’s fights. Notably, he was in attendance at Mayweather’s fight with Marcos Maidana at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in 2014. He also attended Mayweather’s fight with Shane Mosley in 2010.
What Happened at the 2022 Oscars?
Will Smith has been in the news for the wrong reasons after slapping Chris Rock at the Oscars event. Rock made a joke about Smith’s wife, Jada, drawing a parallel to Demi Moore’s hairstyle from the movie ‘GI Jane’. However, it didn’t sit well with Will Smith or his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, as she is battling the autoimmune disease alopecia.
Smith who took offense to the joke, walked on stage and struck Chris Rock on the face. Moreover, a global audience of millions watching the event was left stunned after the incident.
