The two-time heavyweight champion Mike Tyson is one of the greatest boxers of all time. ‘The Baddest Man on Planet’ has led a career that many could only dream of. However, the legendary boxer hasn’t been forgotten about after his retirement. Tyson has turned into a global celebrity hosting his own podcast called Hotboxin’ with Mike.

Additionally, the former heavyweight champion also makes guest appearances in Hollywood movies as well as TV series. One such cameo came in the hit show ‘How I Met Your Mother’.

American sitcom ‘How I Met Your Mother’ (HIMYM) was an extremely hit show that ran for nine seasons from 2005 to 2014. The show was known for its different celebrity guests like Britney Spears, Katy Perry, etc. However, the former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson also made a cameo in the show in the season 8 episode 16 titled ‘Bad Crazy’.

In this episode, one of the characters, Robin, is afraid of holding her friend Lily’s child. Therefore, when Lily leaves Robin with her son near the road, Mike Tyson comes up to her to console the crying kid. Tyson holds the baby in his arms and stops him from crying.

HIMYM wasn’t the only time fans saw Tyson on their screen. Iron Mike has made several appearances in movies as well. Tyson is widely remembered for his iconic role in The Hangover franchise as himself. In the movie, he appeared with his Tiger.

Additionally, other action movies like Ip Man and the incredible boxing movie Rocky Balboa. In the movie, Tyson was in the crowd trash-talking before the final fight of the movie.
