The former IBF welterweight champion, Ezekiel ‘Kell’ Brook, has come out with shocking news. The British boxer has announced his retirement from boxing. Due to this, the 36-year-old told Telegraph that he will be hanging up his gloves and won’t be returning to the ring.

He said, “My heart’s no longer in it, I have got nothing left to prove. I have had a long chat with my family and my parents, and it’s over for me. I will never box again.”

Following this, the 36-year-old explained that this fight was essential for him as he shared, “I needed the Khan fight, I needed to settle the grudge, the feud. There is no dark feeling left in me now, I think when you have been in the ring with someone it passes, it leaves you.”
