The attack of 9/11 was something that changed the course of history and affected millions of lives directly and indirectly. Around 3000 people lost their lives, and over 25000 people were injured after the jets crashed into the twin towers at the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.

On the nineteenth anniversary of the incident, condolences poured in on social media for the victims and their families. One of them was from The WBC, Lineal, and The Ring heavyweight champion “The Gypsy King” Tyson Fury, who posted a photo paying tribute to the families of people who lost their lives in the 9/11 attacks.

The picture was posted from his official Instagram account and was captioned “Thoughts & prayers with the families who were affected.”

Their first fight ended in a controversial split decision draw, where Tyson had arguably won according to many. Despite this, he was lauded by fans and critics alike for his weight loss and return to the boxing world after overcoming his battle with depression. Tyson made his comeback after struggling with mental health issues for a long time since his fight with Wladimir Klitschko.

In their second fight, Tyson Fury was visibly in much better shape and had come with a better gameplan to deal with a knockout artist like Wilder. Months before the rematch, Fury had been declaring that he was going to knock Wilder out, but no one believed him as they thought it was either Wilder by knockout or Fury via decision because of their fighting styles.

However, once the bell rang, Fury jumped forward and kept pressuring Wilder, thus making him retreat. His approach worked as he stopped Wilder via TKO in the seventh round after knocking him down twice.

Being in the ring with each other for over 18 rounds, both fighters now understand each other pretty well. Therefore, it will be interesting to see what changes Wilder will make to win his belt back and how Fury ensures that the result is the same as the last fight.
