On November 6, two of the best super-middleweights, Canelo Alvarez and Caleb Plant, will finally lock horns to settle the debate on one ultimate king of their weight class. This tussle was in talks for a while and the proceedings of this bout even fell through a few weeks back. However, as both Alvarez and Plant’s teams got in touch to iron out all the possibilities, this bout is on.
This is one of the most important fights for both the pugilists. Hence, from training to trash-talking, they are looking to do whatever they can to have the edge ahead of the fight.
Recently, the IBF champ shared a message for his Mexican rival while he was in a conversation with Fight Hub TV. Plant said, “I’m coming too, so if he’s coming he needs to make sure he’s coming with everything he’s got because I promise you that I am.”

Hence, Plant is leaving no stones unturned in his preparations for this fight. Canelo isn’t known for verbally assaulting his opponents, but ‘Sweethands’ will take him to deep waters with his words in the buildup to the fight.
Until now, the p4p star has hammered every opponent he’s faced at this weight class. Hence, he’s just one step away from making history and becoming the first-ever undisputed 168-pound champion.
