As the p4p star is all set to enter the ring space, a video of his sparring the heavyweight pugilist Frank Sanchez surfaced on the internet.

Sanchez is an undefeated heavyweight who trains under Canelo’s coach, Eddy Reynoso’s wing. As a result, Alvarez thought of going toe to toe with the hard-hitting heavyweight in a fiery sparring session.

Throughout his boxing stint, Canelo has stayed on the front foot to challenge himself against some bigwigs of the game. He purposely takes on mammoth challenges in his workout and sparring sessions to ensure that he wins his pro-boxing bouts with ease.

Alvarez is unquestionably one of the hardest workers in the room, and he always looks to push the boundaries with his grilling regimes.

Canelo Alvarez will lock horns with Caleb Plant for his shot to glory. Ever since he stepped up in the 168-pound division, his sole aim was to capture all the belts. Until now, he has claimed three of them with wins over the likes of Callum Smith and Billy Joe Saunders.
