Canelo Alvarez Makes Unsettling Admission About Caleb Plant Fight

Canelo Alvarez is superior to Caleb Plant in the books of several combat analysts. The P4P king looks favorable to dominate ‘Sweethands’ on November 6 in Las Vegas, in what can be one of his easiest fights. However, it can never be predicted in advance, especially in the sport of boxing. Despite his massive legacy, Alvarez can come across a harsh reality against the undefeated Caleb Plant.
Plant is a sleek puncher and has been flawless so far in his career. While he hasn’t faced anyone like Canelo Alvarez before, the American star can grab the spotlight by vanquishing his Mexican rival. Alvarez, however, isn’t demeaning his opponent. After several verbal barbs, Saul has hailed Plant’s prowess.

Canelo Alvarez Reveals the Real Reason Why He Doesn’t Stay Much in Mexico
In a career of 59 bouts so far, Alvarez has shared the ring with the likes of Floyd Mayweather, Shane Mosley, Amir Khan, Billy Joe Saunders, and many others. Hence, Caleb Plant isn’t his biggest opponent. While defeating Plant will not be Alvarez’s biggest achievement, a loss will be bad for his resume.

How good can Canelo Alvarez be against Caleb Plant?
On looking at Alvarez’s last clash against Billy Joe Saunders, it’s hard to picture him losing to Caleb Plant. Undefeated back then, Saunders had more professional experience than Plant. Moreover, he offered the southpaw stance and troubled the P4P king to a certain extent. Despite that, Alvarez found ways to crack Saunders and stopped him via RTD.
All these factors tout him to have an upper hand against Plant. Unless Caleb Plant goes for a kill, it will be difficult to get a result against Alvarez. Hence, Caleb Plant needs to do something that he hasn’t done before to outwork his Mexican opposition. Even then, expect Alvarez to have a good time in the ring as he can adjust and triumph.
