Canelo Alvarez Reveals Huge Fantasy Fight

Canelo Alvarez is all set to enter the boxing ring in a couple of days for the biggest and perhaps the most important fight of his career. The Mexican fighting star will take on Caleb Plant for all the super-middleweight titles on the line. This fight is important in its own way because the winner will cement his name in the history books as the first undisputed champ at this weight class.

Both Alvarez and Plant are engrossed for this bout as they have waited for the same for a long time. Now that the duo is in for this iconic slugfest, their sole aim would be to put on a show and leave the ring with all the 168-pound titles.

Recently, the p4p star, Canelo, was in a chat with BT Sport Boxing. Here, he was asked whom would he like to fight from the old boxing era, or what would be his fantasy fight.

All the names Canelo took in his above statement had their own eras. These boxers are responsible for raising the stock of the sport and Alvarez didn’t shy away from taking their names for his fantasy fight.

Canelo is enjoying his own era in the sport and is getting bigger and better with every fight. A win on Saturday will help Alvarez cement this fact.

Yet, if he wins the undisputed fight against Plant, this achievement will hold a unique place in his boxing journey.
