Fans might not have wanted this fight, but they are getting it anyway. So, Canelo Alvarez is giving it his all to train for his upcoming fight against Jamie Munguia on the Cinco De Mayo weekend. In a recent pinch, a clip of the Mexican superstar surfaced online, hitting the bags that made fans believe he was unstoppable.

In the lead-up to the all-Mexican clash, Canelo landed himself in hot waters. Even though he is gearing up to face Munguia, the opponent that fans wanted him to fight is David Benavidez. However, Canelo claimed the only way that fight could happen was when someone offered him $200 million, which made people think he was ducking Benavidez. Nevertheless, that sentiment seems to have changed with Canelo’s new training clip.

Turning to YouTube, Fight Hub TV shared the clip in question with a caption that read, OMG Canelo UNLEASHES FURY on bag training for Jaime Munguia!” Interestingly, Canelo’s next opponent was never supposed to be Munguia. In fact, Canelo had previously claimed that he wouldn’t fight another Mexican at all.

In contrast, Canelo had suggested his next opponent would be an American. It led many to believe Jermall Charlo would be Canelo’s next opponent. However, after Munguia defeated common rival John Ryder recently in a better way than Canelo, it was enough to convince him to fight. Meanwhile, his latest training clip for the upcoming fight saw people praising his moves.
