Coming into this fight, Caleb Plant is the heavy underdog and per usual, fans are looking at Canelo Alvarez to do what he does best -be the best.

As the two champions are now looking to leave it all on the line for the super-middleweight throne, here’s a detailed breakdown of nearly  everything you need to know about this mega-168 lbs clash-

Canelo vs. Plant Preview

Growing up in Guadalajara in Mexico, Canelo Alvarez has spent half his life perfecting the art. Today, he has the money, the cars, the estates and all things nice, but when he steps into Eddy Reynoso’s gym in San Diego, all he sees in the mirror by the ropes is that same hungry 15-year-old with big dreams to make a dent in the sport.

Much like every other fight he’s stepped into, he is once again confident in his abilities and truly believes that he will become boxing’s sixth-ever undisputed champion. He also sees Plant as a good fighter but does not see anything truly special in him.
