Ellerbe posted a video of Canelo Alvarez announcing his prediction for the upcoming lightweight bout. Alvarez is seen saying, “Tank is one of my favorites.” The Mexican further described the characteristics of the former lightweight champ, which he likes. He said, “He’s strong, He’s smart, He’s very confident, and he has a lot of talent. ” This is not the first time Alvarez weighed in on the lightweight bout. The undisputed champion also revealed what Garcia is missing in this fight against ‘Tank.’

Resharing this video of Alvarez, Ellerbe added, “Even Canelo knows, real recognizes real. 22 Apr DavisvsGarcia.” Ellerbe has been playing a pivotal role in promoting the fight for his former protege.
