The Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton might also be a natural sportswoman. She has never been shy to compete in physical activities, often seen taking part in many sports. Moreover, she is a great ambassador for promoting sports and their importance to our physical and mental well-being.

Middleton certainly proved this after she took part in the launch of a mental health event in April 2016. She was accompanied by prince William and Harry to meet the former three-time world champion boxer Duke McKenzie MBE, at the launch of the Mind event aimed at highlighting the importance of physical exercise to mental wellbeing. The Duchess took part in various sports, including archery, hockey, sailing races, and rock climbing.

However, she took the crowd by surprise after she put on a pair of red boxing gloves and threw a few jabs at the pads. Middleton received high praise from McKenzie as he stated that she did pack a ‘wicked punch’. This was not all, as fans reacted to this in a way that The Duchess might not be accustomed to.
