According to Michael Benson, a boxing insider, Eubank Jr. said, “He’s proven tonight that he still has the spice. Now I wanna see how spicy he can get with me because I’m not Amir Khan. We have history, he’s the reason I didn’t fight Gennady Golovkin and I’ve never forgiven him for that.”

Notably, Eubank Jr. is hailing out of an epic grudge fight against bitter rival Liam Williams. In the highly expected showdown in Cardiff, ‘Next Gen’ emerged as the winner by establishing sheer dominance.

But in the meantime, ‘The Special One’ accepted the deal and took a shot against the Kazak Middleweight legend.

In their high-profile event, the undefeated Brook went toe-to-toe but could not continue beyond five rounds. The lethal combination of the champion stumbled ‘The Special One’ and forced the latter’s team to throw the towel in the middle of the fifth round.

However, Eubank Jr. wants to bring back that hustle of Brook’s as the bone of contention and is eager to lock horns with the newly crowned champion. Apart from this, prior to Brook’s, ‘Next Gen’ called out the IBF middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin. But ‘Triple G’ has turned the offer, calling it a trash-talk.
