Eubank Jr. has expressed his interest in fighting Golovkin many times, but he has been pretty unfortunate in the same. Recently, in an exclusive interaction with Sky Sports Boxing, the 31-year-old asserted whether ‘GGG’ is still on his hit list.

He said, ”Absolutely. He’s a middleweight world champion, and that’s a fight that the fans have been calling for, for years now. The fight has to happen and it will happen within the next 12 months.”

Every active middleweight contender has a strong aspiration to test himself against the stout Golovkin. This is because the Kazakh boxer takes his opponents into deep waters and tests them. Accordingly, fighters have to come in with their absolute best plans to tackle ‘GGG’.
