Social media’s very own sweetheart Logan Paul loves a good controversy. Moreover, his antics have rightfully earned him both fame and infamy in equal amounts. He once drew the ire of Marvel fans for a comical portrayal of the character Thor.

Paul took to social media to post a picture of himself in a rather hysterical cosplay in 2019. Notably, this post came right after the release of Marvel’s Avengers: Endgame.

The picture had Paul flaunting a sizeable gut and long, blonde locks. He even called himself ‘fat Thor’. In fact, his picture was reminiscent of the overweight version of Thor portrayed by Chris Hemsworth.

Fans were not happy with Logan Paul

While Logan Paul portrayed his version of Thor for social media, he left himself exposed to the rage of Marvel fans. Many fans felt that Paul was making a mockery out of the series and of the beloved character.

User @Manxdude_ asked Paul to not ruin the movie with his portrayal of the character.

Meanwhile, another user hilariously apologized to Hemsworth and the character on behalf of Paul. Moreover, the user seemed surprised at the fact that Paul would make such a comparison.

Another hilarious comment was by user @jankoo52. He hilariously mentioned that the paunch was because of Thor swallowing the Mjolnir.

On the other hand, a few users took to social media to call Paul pregnant.

Another user chose to pretend that they did not read Paul’s description of his cosplay.

However, hardcore Marvel fans were quick to express their displeasure and take a swipe at Paul.

A few users warned Paul against comparing himself to Thor. In fact, many users felt that he was being disrespectful to the character.

Similarly, another user felt that Paul was not worthy enough to portray the character.

But one of the sternest swipes was from user @silkscorpio. In fact, the user asked Chris Hemsworth to beat Paul up for his mockery.
