Chris Rock’s Brother, Kenny, Gets Slapped Into Reality After Challenging Will Smith to a Celebrity Boxing Match

It’s been nearly 3 weeks since the infamous Academy Awards incident involving Will Smith and Chris Rock. However, the ghosts of Smith’s actions show no sign of dying. Recently, Chris Rock’s brother Kenny revealed that he wishes to enter into a celebrity boxing match with Will Smith.

Kenny Rock has signed a deal with the founder of Celebrity Boxing Damon Feldman. The fight is scheduled to take place in Florida this summer. However, his opponent has not yet been revealed.

Rock was talking to TMZ about his fight deal. In conversation, the reporter asked him if his brother and girlfriend should step in the ring.

He responded by saying, “No they shouldn’t, but I should get in the ring with Will Smith.”  

Smith had previously trained in boxing to play Muhammad Ali in a movie.

Talking about their height and skill difference, Rock was quick to add, “I’ll let the hands do the talking.”

Fans were left both intrigued and surprised by Rock’s words. Many took to social media to address their thoughts on an apparent boxing match between Rock and Smith.

A fan  felt that the match was unnecessary. She also added that Chris can fight his own battles.

A few fans felt that Kenny Rock was not a celebrity to be involved in a celebrity boxing match.

Another user mentioned that Rock was not relevant enough for the bout to be called a celebrity match.

Similarly, another fan also mentioned that Smith would be the only celebrity in the match. A lot of fans were also quick to point out that Smith had previously trained in boxing and that he would easily defeat Rock in the ring.

A fan mentioned that he has never seen Rock fight, but Smith has portrayed Muhammad Ali.

Another fan felt that people are quick to underestimate Smith’s physical prowess.

Similarly, another Twitter user also showed support for Smith. They posted a picture of Smith as Ali. They added, “My money is on Smith.”

However, a fan felt that the incident has been dragged on for too long. She specifically mentioned, “Will this cr*p ever end?”
