The GWOAT has been in the headlines for the past few weeks now. Most notably for the trash talk between herself and Savannah Marshall. Marshall called out Shields after her win against Hannah Rankin, and ‘T-Rex’ was having none of it. She hit back and said she wanted that fight.

Who is Claressa Shields fighting next?
Despite the rumors and the call outs, Shields will most likely fight Marie-Eve Dicaire next. The two were initially supposed to meet on May 9; however, due to the pandemic, that fight could not happen. Shields will have to first get through that fight first. It will be a difficult test, but one that fans will expect ‘T-Rex’ to win with relative ease.
