Shields has been open about her political beliefs in this period. The undefeated champion was also very vocal about the other pressing matters in the country over the past few months.

The GWOAT has been in the headlines for the past few weeks now. Most notably for the trash talk between herself and Savannah Marshall. Marshall called out Shields after her win against Hannah Rankin, and ‘T-Rex’ was having none of it. She hit back and said she wanted that fight.

Despite the rumors and the call outs, Shields will most likely fight Marie-Eve Dicaire next. The two were initially supposed to meet on May 9; however, due to the pandemic, that fight could not happen. Shields will have to first get through that fight first. It will be a difficult test, but one that fans will expect ‘T-Rex’ to win with relative ease.

Fans of the sport will be looking forward to seeing the ‘GWOAT’ back in action. She also constantly shares snippets of her training, and it is clear to see that she is fit and raring to go. With only 10 professional fights under her belt, we can surely expect to see a lot of ‘The GWOAT’ in the next year. Plus, given her personality, fans can expect nothing but entertainment from the star.
