On October 9, Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury waged a massive war against each other for the Brit’s WBC title. This fight had some surreal hype right from its announcement, but no one expected it to come out this big. Also, it was Wilder who actually left everyone in awe with his performance.
‘The Bronze Bomber’ held his nerves and gave Fury a rugged challenge. Despite that, he ended up on the losing vertical after getting caught with a wild right hook in round 11. Post the fight, Fury went to console Wilder and conclude this prolonged beef.
When ‘The Gypsy King’ went up to him, Wilder said, “No love. I don’t respect you.”

Many boxing purists and fans felt that if Wilder had stood up to hug and shake hands with Fury, it would have turned up to be a perfect night for boxing. However, the pair did enough with their actions in their actual boxing bout.
In this contest, both the men showed their ability to come back in the fight, thus making spontaneous adjustments. But, ‘The Gypsy King’ had a slight edge over his foe in this contest and rightly attained a blistering KO win.
Should Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury square off once again?
Wilder and Fury first fought in 2018. In that fight, fans witnessed high-voltage action and some insane moments. As it ended in a draw, the duo squared off in a rematch that took place in February 2020.
