The Boxing world reminisces about the good old days
Sharing the clip on X, the post read, “Former lightweight and junior welterweight titleholder Edwin “Chapo” Rosario died of an aneurysm OTD in 1997 in Toa Baja, Puerto Rico. He was 34. Rosario was one of the best punchers of an era, teeming with great punchers. Final record: 47-6 (40).” One user praised Edwin’s skills, suggesting he was unlucky to encounter Cesar Chavez during his prime. What’s more, the user claimed Edwin had a good chance of winning against the best lightweights of today’s era.
Brilliant little fighter in a very good era for lightweights. Was unlucky to run into an absolute prime Julio Cesar Chavez. I'd give him a great chance against any of today's top lightweights he was so dangerous. And I mean any of them.

I don’t remember Tyson carrying a water bucket for anyone else. His kayoes of Viruet, Bramble, and Garza are especially violent.
