“Couldn’t Be Anymore Staged”: Lawrence Okolie Brawl With Richard Riakporhe at Michael B Jordan’s Creed lll Premiere Raises Eyebrows

In the video posted by Michael Benson on Twitter, Okolie and Riakporhe are seen trying to grapple each other and throw jabs. They locked horns at the premiere of Creed lll in London. The guards rushed to separate the cruiserweights and stop something severe from happening. The reason for the altercation is uncertain.

In an interview with SkySports, the duo paired up and showed their eagerness to fight each other. No one knew that they meant fighting outside the ring. Both fighters are rumored to meet in the ring in an exciting cruiserweight clash. The current WBO cruiserweight champion, Okolie, will defend his belt on March 25 against David Light.

Okolie made headlines, not for boxing, but for his split with Eddie Hearn. The cruiserweight champion ended all ties with Hearn’s Matchroom and signed with Boxxer.On the other hand, Riakporhe won his last bout with Krzysztof Glowacki via a fourth-round stoppage.

Kieran Lavin claimed the altercation was staged and said he wants to see them in the ring.

For DJ iLL,  This quarrel is the setup for a  perfect cruiserweight clash.

Magz_AFC believes that this was staged because there is no reason Okolie would want any heat with Riakporhe.

Jamie Murphy thinks that this argument could not be more staged.

Billy O Connor is sure that Riakporhe can beat Okolie easily, and the fans underrate it.

Both fighters have shown their eagerness to fight in the ring numerous times. And this dispute between the two should only lead them to the ring.
